Nurse Practitioner (Home Visits) - Citrus County & Ocala, FL - $100,000 + Bonuses

Location: Citrus County, FL and surrounding areas (including Ocala/Marion County) Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday Compensation: Base salary up to $100,000/year (DOE) + performance bonuses Start: ASAP (urgent need) About the Role Bring high-quality primary care directly to patients where they live. In this community-based position, you'll conduct home visits, manage chronic and acute conditions, and collaborate with a supportive care team to improve access and outcomes-while enjoying a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.
