Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearIM Global LLC is an equal opportunity employer and offers visa sponsorship for the right candidate.Job descriptionResponsibilities OverviewAssist with the communication between the customer services team and our US vendor.Responsible for ensuring the completeness of customs clearance information and documents. Ensure the communication between our service providers and airlines is completed in a timely manner.Real-time monitoring and tracking of shipment's customs clearance information and status, investigate, resolve and communicate operational or entry issues.Coordinate and follow-up with our warehouse and 3rd party warehouses for the customer's needs. Such as order fulfillment, forwarding, dropship, transshipment, and demolition etc.Monitor and coordinate import customs clearance and transportation.Coordinate with our customer service team to follow up with our last mile solution providers regarding lost packages, undeliverable packages and refund requests.QualificationsBachelor's degree from four-year college or university and 1-2 years related experience and/or trainingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareSchedule: 5 days a week with weekend availabilityJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
