Team Lead - NEWS

Summary: The Team Lead coordinates the daily operations of a subcontracted team. Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Work from home eligible: No Essential Job Responsibilities: Coordinate daily team activities Develop additional leadership opportunities with Senior Team Lead and NEWS leadership Provide direct, interactive support, instruction and training Attend periodic meetings with Senior Team Lead and/or NEWS leadership Communicate directly with Senior Team Lead, site contacts and other personnel Troubleshoot, report, or correct maintenance issues Support, coach, and model for employees to ensure tasks are performed according to customer specifications Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned RequirementsEffective communication skills Ability to assess and maintain multiple schedules Passion for problem solving and designing solutions Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED preferred but not required Experience in guiding and overseeing a group of people Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sustained activity including standing, walking (additional moving, navigating) Light lifting (2 - 20 lbs.) Salary Description $15-$17/hr
