Responsibilities Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program Assist sales agents by showing homes to their clients Give clear, written feedback to help fine-tune clients' home search Help write and negotiate offers alongside the sales agent and clients Spend at least 10 hours a week on lead generation Join in weekly script practice sessions with the team Take part in team activities as expected Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
