Great opportunity in Idaho Falls, ID for a Nurse Practitioner to perform Primary Care in a clinic and Annual Wellness Visits in-home working for a private group. Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)2+ yrs exp as NP required - Primary Care, Family Med, Internal Med, Gerontology, or Palliative Care exp.
