In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee our Home Care Division, driving growth and ensuring excellence in both clinical and operational areas across various locations. Your leadership will be vital in empowering our franchise and field leaders to provide top-notch home care services. Key responsibilities include: Leading all regional operations, sales, and performance initiatives. Developing and mentoring regional and local leaders. Collaborating with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and expansion efforts. Analyzing financial and operational metrics to identify optimization opportunities. Demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all partnerships. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of proven leadership experience in home care, healthcare services, or franchising, along with a strong background in managing multi-site or multi-region teams. You should possess strong business and financial acumen, along with exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
