We have an immediate need for an enthusiastic, self-motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor. HVAC Sales positions require a strong ability to communicate efficiently with our clients, meet sales goals, and provide customers with appropriate products.Duties and Responsibilities:Use a consultative sales approach to present options to new and existing customersPresent customer purchasing options including financingActively follow-up on all sales leads and customer requestsProvide a world class customer experience with every interactionAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, and weekendsAble to work individually and as part of a team Skills/Qualifications:Minimum 3 years sales experience (Required)Strong ability to understand basic technical information related to HVAC equipmentExcellent communications skillsEnergetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer serviceSome college or technical school education preferredMust pass drug test and background checkBenefits:Health insurance Dental insuranceVision insurance401(k)Paid trainingPaid time offWORK CONDITIONS:Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles.
