You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of an assigned residence, including departmental function, operational goals and financial performance. You will make a difference in the lives of families by ensuring their loved one receives excellent holistic care.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing and supervising the operations of all departments(nursing, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales) including recruiting, staffing, training, recognition and coachingManaging the community’s budget, expense managementand compliance with state requirementsMaintaining programssuch as quality management, safety management and community outreachAssisting department leaderswith move-ins, care plans, competitor analysis and special eventsPromoting a positive work and living environmentby resolving concerns in a professional mannerFulfilling other duties as needed , such as Manager‑On‑Duty on a rotating basis, or being available after hours to ensure the proper running of the residenceCommunicating effectivelywith residents and staffAdhering to company policies,procedures and safety guidelinesWhy we should be your “home away from home”Work environment:Our focus is to maximize the potential of every life we touch.
