Therapy Call Center Representative

Primary Responsibilities/Requirements:Place outgoing calls to patients to set up physical therapy appointmentsAnswer all incoming phone calls to the call centerAbility to communicate professionally, both oral and written for clear, legible messagesPleasant, friendly demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and all incoming/outcoming callersSchedule appointments for all physical therapy clinics at TOCHighly motivated with the ability to work under pressurePositive, teamwork attitudeAssist with any other task assignedThis position will require you to spend extensive amounts of time on the phone with patientStrong customer service skills and problem solvingKnowledge of data entry and excel a plusMust also possess:Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesOutstanding organizational, verbal and writing skillsIndependent and highly motivatedInitiative and self-disciplineProven positive, "teamwork" attitude in work historyPhysical Demands:Must be able to use arms, hands, and fingers skillfullyConstant sitting for long periods of timeMust be agile and able to work efficiently in space limited areasConsistently work at a productive paceMust readily adapt to frequent treatment schedule changesTo apply please visit: Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
