Overview: GovCIO is currently hiring for a Logistical Analyst / Material Release Coordinator to support logisitcal activites and projects in support of the Capability Program Executive (CPE) and Project managment Office (PMO). This position will be located in Huntsville, AL and will be an onsite position. Responsibilities: Candidate will support Capability Program Executive (CPE) and Project Management Office (PMO), leading the coordination of Materiel Release activities, and Logistics related activities and projects. Candidate will be required to collaborate with government and contractor staff over multiple functional disciplines, offices, and leadership levels to ensure critical MR actions are completed IAW the timelines necessary to meet Program Fielding timelines. Candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to multi-task and possess excellent interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:Analyze and manage logistics data to support system readiness, sustainment planning, and lifecycle management.Assist in MR risk identification, mitigation, tracking, and resolution.Assist with all MR activities for various programs and modifications, including coordination with Logistics personnel, providing MR guidance, planning, and briefings.Collaborate across multiple program disciplines in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.Compile required products and processes to generate MR packages.Coordinates MWO packages with the Life-Cycle Management Command MWO coordinator.Deliver clear oral and written presentations in support of peers, leadership, customers, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.Develop, coordinate, edit, and staff correspondence memorandums such as Memorandums for Record, Memorandums of Agreement or Understanding, etc. in accordance with AR 25-50.Ensure actions and efforts are in accordance with supporting Army Requirements, i.e. AR 70-1, AR 700-127, DA PAM 700-127, AR 700-142, AR 770-3, DA PAM 700-142, and DA PAM 770-3.Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal and external team members by serving as a liaison between stakeholders.Will be required to collaborate with government and contractor staff over multiple functional disciplines, offices, and leadership levels.Follow up on progression of action items and other reportable tasks from projects.Holds Integrated Product Teams (IPT), prepares briefing materials, tracks meeting minutes, maintains action item tracker.Informs the Product Support Manager (PSM) of required get well extension request.Lead the full Materiel Release process for Army Aviation systems, ensuring all documentation, requirements, and validations are completed accurately and on schedule.Maintain document control, update compliance matrices, and prepare briefings.Position requires full time support in a traditional office settingPrepare and brief senior leaders on materiel release progress, logistics milestones, and program impacts.Tracks/monitors MRTS get well planning dates and conditions.Additional activities may include: Reviews field support requirements and recommends tool and test equipment. Establishes calibration requirements for field systems/equipment including all maintenance tasks. Performs maintenance and maintainability demonstrations for customers. Reviews handbooks for technical adequacy. Assists in the development of maintenance engineering and logistics support. Plans and contributes to proposal efforts. Analyzes contractual commitments, customer specifications, design changes, and other data to plan and develop logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life-cycle of product.Develops and implements program activities, coordinates efforts of subcontractors, production departments, and field service personnel to ensure meeting of contractual commitments.Compiles data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistics activities.Determines logistic support sequences and time phasing, problems arising from location of operational area, and other factors, such as environmental and human factors affecting personnel.Develops and initiates preparation of handbooks, bulletins, and information systems to provide and supply logistics support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years relevant logistics experience.Clearance: SecretProficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, not limited to (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, TEAMS).Knowledge and experience with AR 770-3 and DA PAM 770-3 to obtain a weapon System Type Classification (TC) and Materiel Release (MR).Knowledge and experience with AR 750-10 Army Modification Program, DA From 7591 Modification Work Order (MWO) fielding plan, DA Form 7592 modification work order exhibit of concurrenceUnderstands Class I and II engineering change proposals and the relationship to the MWO process.Knowledge and experience in DoD acquisitions and specifications to ensure accuracy of product planning, development, acquisition, fielding plans, schedules, and strategies.Understanding of the processes and staffing of TC and MR packages through the proper Functional Authority’s (FA).Knowledge and experience in MR processes for Full Materiel Release, Conditional Materiel Release, Urgent Materiel Release, and Software Materiel Release.Preferred Skills and ExperienceCertified Defense Property Administrator (CDPA) or equivalent certification.Experience supporting Program Executive Office (PEO) or Project Management Office (PMO) environments.Background in audit remediation or financial statement audits.Prior Army aviation or sensor systems logistics experience. Posted Salary Range: USD $105,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.
