Job Duties and Responsibilities What You'll Do: Visit customer homes to provide solutions and introduce smart home technology. Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products. Educate customers on tech usage and recommend additional services as appropriate. Maintain a clean work area and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently, yet staying connected with your team. Best practices imparted by our seasoned technicians. Skills, Experience, and Requirements What You'll Need: Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record. Schedule Flexibility: Ability to travel as required; flexible for shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays. Physical Ability: Capability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft). Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Must adhere to a 335 lb weight limit for safety. Customer Focus: Build trust and create remarkable experiences.
