In this role, you will collaborate closely with anesthesiologists to provide anesthesia support across a variety of surgical specialties, including general, orthopedics, ophthalmology, gynecology, ENT, and plastic surgery. The position features a consistent schedule of four 10-hour days per week, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic, with opportunities for overtime pay on holidays and travel reimbursements where applicable. Required Skills: Board Certification as a CRNAState licensure to practice as a CRNAMinimum of 2 years of experience or at least 1 year working independentlyCurrent BLS and ACLS certificationsDemonstrated proficiency in anesthesia practices, with regional anesthesia experience (e.g., spinals, peripheral nerve blocks) considered helpful but not mandatoryExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesNice to Have Skills: Experience with Cerner EMR or similar electronic health recordsAdditional certifications in advanced anesthesia techniquesPast experience in hospital-based anesthesia practicesPreferred Education and Experience: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse AnesthesiaPrior experience in perioperative care within a hospital environmentOther Requirements: Willingness to provide support during scheduled shifts, including some holiday coverage at 1.5x payAbility to obtain necessary credentials swiftly; credentialing typically completes in less than 2 weeksTravel reimbursement for flights, hotel, and rental car to Pittsburgh or Harrisburg airportsWillingness to work in a fast-paced hospital setting with a diverse adult patient populationCompensation and Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $214.50Benefits include competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), referral bonuses, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and travel expenses when applicable.This is your chance to join a dedicated team committed to excellence in anesthesia care.
