Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Texas physical therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.Demonstrated competence in comprehensive patient evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation in accordance with state and payer requirements.Ability to perform safe patient handling and follow infection control procedures.Willingness to participate in student supervision and professional development activities as requested by clinical management.Must uphold professional standards and codes of conduct relevant to the role. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient.Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.Assignment Duration: 13 week assignment.Positions Available: 1. Additional Information Evaluates patients and develops individualized treatment plans consistent with physician orders and patient goals. Completes timely and accurate documentation including goals, functional assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry. Participates in patient and student education. Adheres to clinic policies regarding safety, appearance, attendance, and competency requirements. Demonstrates commitment to patient and employee safety practices, including safe patient handling, materials handling, infection control, and fall prevention.
