Production Worker

Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking several dedicated Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the production and packaging department supporting the manufacturing of various food products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Production Worker / Packer Location: Hudson, NY Pay Range: $19.00/hr Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm (or 5:00pm if extra work is required) What's the Job? Assist in the preparation, production, and packaging of food products Handle vegetables manually and with cutting machinery following established recipes Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and stacking lifts to facilitate product flow Maintain cleanliness and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure food safety Monitor and operate automated packaging machinery, ensuring proper operation and quality control What's Needed? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability Comfortable multitasking and quickly switching between tasks Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently when needed Interest in learning about food safety, machinery, and production processes Reliable transportation to the production facility in Hudson, NY What's in it for me?
