Job Description:
Arnold & Itkin LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Referral Relations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the main liaison for all referral partners, managing inquiries, updates, and ongoing communication. This is a full-time, hourly position that is onsite and will report directly to our Chief Legal Officer at our corporate headquarters in Houston, TX. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct regular outreach to referral partners to strengthen relationships, ensure satisfaction, and support continued collaborationMaintain a professional, prompt, and consistent communication standard that reflects the firm's valuesAddress and resolve any confusion related to referred cases, including intake questions, status updates, or point-of-contact issuesCoordinate with internal teams to gather or relay accurate case information to referral partners in a timely mannerTrack follow-up needs, outstanding items, and communication loops to ensure nothing falls through the cracksMaintain organized records of referral partner interactions, call logs, and communication summariesAssist in creating monthly or quarterly referral reports, including performance metrics and activity trackingSupport internal leadership (CLO) with special projects related to referral outreach, data organization, or relationship initiativesIdentify opportunities to strengthen existing referral partnerships or re-engage inactive onesAssist with coordination of referral-related events, appreciation initiatives, or outreach campaignsProvide feedback to leadership on trends, recurring issues, or opportunities for partnership expansionQUALIFICATIONS:2-3 years of experience in client relations or partnership managementPrior experience in client relations, legal administration, marketing, or professional services preferredExceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service mindsetHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple communication channels and deadlinesStrong attention to detail and follow-through; able to maintain thorough documentationProficiency in CRM tools, case management systems, or Microsoft Office is a plusEducation/ CertificationBachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications or related degree is required#LI-ONSITE
