Job Description:
As a Drive-In General Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of SONIC Drive-In, ensuring that we deliver quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner. Your leadership will help create a fun and enjoyable experience for every guest visiting our Drive-In. Key Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required; advanced studies in business or restaurant management are preferred. Minimum of two years of management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). Availability to work a minimum of five days a week, including four closing shifts, as well as nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficient in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring practices. Familiarity with federal and state labor laws, along with local health and sanitation regulations. Strong leadership and supervisory skills; excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Basic accounting and computer proficiency. Ability to work autonomously and follow directions; skilled in multi-tasking and problem-solving. Effective decision-making and conflict-resolution skills. What We’re Looking For: Previous management experience in the restaurant or retail industry is highly preferred. A strong personal work ethic and high standards for both yourself and your team. Excellent leadership and communication skills. An associate degree in Business or a related field is preferred, subject to franchise discretion.
