Principal Solution Architect

Solution Architect - Oracle Fusion Financials Location: Hosuton, TX Role Overview The Solution Architect will lead the end-to-end architecture, design authority, and governance for the global transformation from multiple legacy ERP systems to a unified Oracle Fusion Financials platform. This role ensures standardization, scalability, and alignment with global business objectives. Key Responsibilities Define overall solution architecture and target operating model for Oracle Fusion Financials Lead global design workshops (GDWs) and drive design harmonization across regions Establish global templates, chart of accounts, and enterprise structures Own solution blueprint, architecture documents, and design authority governance Drive fit-to-standard approach, minimizing customizations Define integration architecture (upstream/downstream systems, middleware, APIs) Oversee data migration strategy from multiple legacy ERPs Ensure compliance with global statutory, tax, and reporting requirements Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and system integrators globally Provide guidance on Oracle best practices and accelerators Identify and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies Key Skills Experience 12-18+ years of ERP experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Fusion Financials Strong expertise in: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Intercompany Experience in multi-country / global template rollout Strong understanding of: Enterprise structures CoA design Data migration frameworks Integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware) Experience in ERP consolidation programs (multi-ERP → single ERP) Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Oracle Cloud certifications Experience with Oracle SaaS/PaaS ecosystem Exposure to finance transformation and shared services model
