Day (United States of America)Department:100 - 834500 TG - Infection ControlPosition Description: Performs various non-professional services or procedures necessary for the maintenance of equipment/supplies that remains on the nursing unit. Assures a daily process is maintained for the restocking of isolation carts, bags, and cabinets. Completes isolation rounds daily and communicates the patient list with Infection Control Manager or Infection Control Nurse. Completes required hand hygiene observations monthly and turns completed forms in by determined date. Qualifications:Completion of a nurse's aid course is desirable.
