Key Responsibilities Lead and support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality. Provide daily technical support to plant operations by troubleshooting process and equipment issues, particularly PLC-related systems. Conduct technical reviews of process changes, specifications, and materials to ensure compliance and consistency. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and plant personnel. Key Requirements Bachelors degree in mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering roles. Demonstrated experience in PLC troubleshooting and process improvement. Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach. Experience mentoring junior engineers.
