Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities: Manage restaurant operations excelling in brand standards. Work directly with stakeholders to help grow the business. Collaborate with other General Managers and Team Leaders to foster a guest driven environment. Implement store programs for sales growth. Restaurant General Manager Qualifications: 2+ years of General Manager experience in quick-service restaurants. Proven record of increasing sales and high guest satisfaction. Systems and Standards Champion Strong work ethic and a willingness to work alongside Team Members in every facet of the operation.
