Senior Community Services is recruiting a Digital Handyperson to provide technology support and education services (via TECH clinics) through Minneapolis Public Housing to adults aged 60 and older: Device troubleshooting focused on smart phones, tablets, and laptops Diagnose access and device needs and discuss options with participants Provide expertise on various software applications and programs Senior Community Services will provide support via phone for any questions Must have the ability to be calm, patient, and compassionate in working with older adults and their caregivers.
