Unit Leader Second shift

The New York PDC Unit Leader is responsible for Second Shift warehouse operational activities, hourly represented and salaried personnel, parts inventory, and customer satisfaction to nearly 335 Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, FIAT and Stellantis US dealerships that receive daily deliveries. The PDC Second Shift consists of 50 hourly represented personnel. This fast-paced role will champion team building and use exceptional leadership skills to achieve PDC metrics, utilizing the Stellantis Parts Distribution System (SPDS) methodology. The candidate needs to have a thorough knowledge of operational processes for warehousing, logistics, packaging and multitask in a fast-paced production environment. This candidate must have the ability to communicate at multiple levels and to customers - both internal and external.
