NP - Contract Family Practice Opportunity in New Hope, MN - February 16-May 13

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting February 16-May 13 at their Corporate Health clinic in New Hope, MN. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, wellness visits (including pap/well women exams), and some Occupational Health visits. Hours are Monday & Tuesday 11:30am-6:00pm and Wednesday-Friday 6:00am-12:30pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break. Clinic is also staffed by an RN and licensed clinical social worker.
