With a cross-trained, diverse workforce and a culture that values practical ability over paper qualifications, this is a place where strong performers are trusted and recognised.This role would suit a supply chain or purchasing professional who is confident in an ERP-heavy environment, looking for a long term secure role.The Role:Full ownership of purchasing, inventory, and logistics in a specialist manufacturing environmentHeavy ERP involvement "” MRP runs, PO management, inventory control, job costing, and month-end processesCross-functional exposure "” regular collaboration with sales, engineering, and accountingThe Candidate:Strong ERP experience "” SysPro highly desirable, or a comparable MRP/ERP system (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Epicor)Background in purchasing, inventory control, or supply chain within a manufacturing environmentHands-on and practical "” comfortable getting on the floor, taking ownership, and working without a large team around you
