Your Role: As a Client Service Representative, you'll have the unique opportunity to witness the immediate impacts of your work. This seasonal position is essential for ensuring an exceptional client experience. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Flexibility to work various shifts or at different locations Sales or marketing experience is a plus Key Responsibilities: Greet clients warmly and manage telephone inquiries with a friendly approach Connect clients with the right tax professional for their specific needs Schedule appointments according to client preferences Ensure all client inquiries are addressed, whether in person, via phone, or through virtual meetings Maintain a neat and organized office environment in collaboration with colleagues Perform other tasks as assigned Your Skills: Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential Prior customer service experience is preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Why Work with Us?
