The Insurance Account Representative will carry out responsibilities including managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients. This role also involves meeting sales targets, supporting customer acquisition, and providing training and information on insurance policies. The representative will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.QualificationsExperience in Account Management and Sales to cultivate, maintain, and grow client relationshipsStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team membersAbility to facilitate Training sessions and provide information about insurance policies to clients and team membersProficiency in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and sales targetsPrevious experience in the insurance or medical-related industries is advantageousBilingual abilities are a plus but not mandatory
