Acad interior designer

DUTIES: · Report directly to the Director of events and production · Complete interior designs based on room layout and project scope using autoCAD or similar software · Create documents and designs to be viewed by clients (for example electronic catalog, mood boards, vibe boards flyers, and pamphlets) · Compile décor recommendations as per the client specifications · Assist in developing proposals as per clients specifications · Brainstorm with the team to create design concepts · Plan and attend meetings when required virtually or in-person for up-coming events and projects · Consult with department heads regarding up-coming events and projects · Meet with the Creative director, Director, Creative and Event Design and the Director of DMC and Event Operations to ensure that all events and projects that the Company embarks upon are on track and goals are being met.Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.· Work closely with the department head regarding assigned budgets for design elements.· Attend all site inspections, walk-throughs and pre-conference meetings as deemed necessary. xijylhu · Ensure all site inspections are executed in full detail prior to the event as per the client's request · Produce, update, create and distribute designs using In-design and similar software in video or 2D and 3D, if required · Any other related duties as assigned by the Executive and Senior Management teams.
