The Beach Shop and Grill, located in Topsail Beach, NC is looking for a Head Line Cook. We are a casual fine dining restaurant located 45 minutes north of Wilmington and are looking for a highly motivated individual with at least 3 years of experience. Applicant must be creative and have a passion for the food service industry. Cook must report to the Executive Chef and be a team player, leader, responsible for staff training, motivate the kitchen team while promoting a positive environment. Cook will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with creating specials, menu design, cleanliness and maintaining quality of food produced.
