Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain processes, ensuring efficient materials handling, and facilitating effective communication between vendors and internal departments. This role coordinates all processes and functions to ensure that carrier vehicles arrive at the warehouse at the scheduled time. This position requires strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes.ResponsibilitiesEnsure on-time pickups and deliveries through communication and coordination with carriers.Provide visibility to management through tracking, monitoring, auditing, researching, and resolving operational issues.Verify truck arrival within the scheduled Pickup Appointment date & time, and confirm the vehicle's location and expected arrival time.Request rescheduling for recovery in the case of truck no-shows.Identify high-frequency truck no-show carriers through shipment data analysis.QualificationsKorean/English Bilingual PreferredHigh school diploma or equivalentBachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferredAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize time-sensitive situationsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to learn and utilize necessary management systemsBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance Plan (100% Employer paid)401K Plan w/ Employer MatchLife Insurance Plan (100% Employer paid)Generous PTO, Paid Holiday, Floating HolidayEnjoy a pleasant and climate-controlled workplace year-round!
