Essential Responsibilities (included but not limited to): Adhere to all company safety rules, regulations, and job safety analysis protocols. Complete plant lockout procedures and key interrupts. Operate shelf carton erector and address minor jams. Ensure product quality by discarding defective packages, removing and saving syringes, checking packaging counts, and assessing syringe damage. Insert required brochures and perform palletization with proper pallet card attachment. Operate semi-auto tape machines. Perform minor tasks not requiring mechanic attention. Basic Requirements: High school Diploma or GED. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Preferred Requirements: Strong hand-eye coordination and repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements. Maintain a clean work area. Consistent attendance. Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader to support business needs.
