Commercial Center Lead

Job DutiesPathfinder Village is seeking a Commercial Center Lead to join our team. This full-time seasonal position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Commercial Centers, including the Country Store, Grill, Pool Store, and Golf Clubhouse and ensuring high-quality customer service, efficient food and beverage preparation, and compliance with health and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities• Operations Managemento Supervise daily commercial center activities, including food preparation, sales, and inventory control.o Ensure all locations are clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.o Monitor cash handling and point-of-sale systems for accuracy.• Staff Supervisiono Train, schedule, and oversee commercial center staff.o Provide guidance and coaching to maintain service standards.o Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.• Customer Serviceo Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.o Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.o Promote upselling and suggestive selling to maximize sales.• Inventory & Financial Dutieso Track stock levels and coordinate restocking as needed.o Assist in ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.o Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash drawers.• Safety & Complianceo Enforce food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols.o Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with health codes.o Support emergency procedures when necessary.Required Qualifications• Food Service/Retail Experience: 1+ year; supervisory experience preferred.• Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety standards and the ability to train, coach, and correct employees based on these standards.• Communication: Strong communication and leadership skills.• Availability: This is a seasonal, full-time, on-site position, requiring the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays between April and October.Minimum Education RequiredHS DiplomaMinimum Experience Required• Food Service/Retail Experience: 1+ year; supervisory experience preferred.ShiftRotatingNumber of Openings1Public Transportation AccessibleNoVeterans Encouraged to ApplyYesPhysical RequiredNoDrug Test RequiredNoCompensation$16.00 - $18.00 / HourlyPostal Code55037Place of WorkOn-siteRequisition IDCCLEADJob TypeFull TimeJob BenefitsFlexible schedule, park amenities, shift mealsApplication Link
