Job Full Description Welder/Fabricator Position Overview Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking a skilled and motivated Welder / Fabricator for a manufacturing facility located in Hinckley, MN. Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay: $22-$24 per hour (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime: Some Fridays required (paid at overtime rates) Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Hinckley, MN Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Paid Time Off / Sick Leave Holiday Pay Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours) Key Responsibilities Sawing metal materials Grinding and deburring finished parts Welding and fabrication work Operating machines and shop equipment Assisting with assembly as needed Qualifications Ability to accurately read a tape measure Ability to read and interpret blueprints Welding or fabrication experience preferred Ability to operate machinery in a manufacturing environment Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently or as part of a team No drug screen or background screen required.
