Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active South Carolina Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to or upon orientation.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads typical of long-term care and post-acute settings, including fall risk assessment and restorative programs.Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation standards for skilled nursing facilities preferred.Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nursing and therapy assistants.
