Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.Active West Virginia state SLP license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care settings preferred.Demonstrated experience evaluating and treating dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders, and motor speech disorders preferred.Experience with documentation systems common to SNFs and Medicare/Medicaid documentation requirements preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 0800-1630, 5x8 schedule.VMS Contract Weeks: 14-week assignment.Guaranteed VMS Hours: 35 hours per week.Travel clinicians may be expected to follow facility policies and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
