RN Med Surg | Hillsborough, New Hampshire

A registered nurse with a strong background in telemetry and critical care skills is sought for a rewarding role in a 39-bed mixed-acuity medical center. This position offers a chance to utilize your expertise in caring for a diverse patient population, primarily elderly with some adults 18 and older, across medical, surgical, and stepdown units. Responsibilities and Work Schedule: Manage patient care with a ratio of 4:1 or 5:1 based on acuity Administer and monitor Cardizem and Amiodarone drips confidently Work night shifts in 12-hour blocks, totaling 48 hours per week Commit to every other weekend schedule with rotating holidays Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to provide exceptional patient outcomes Desired Experience and Credentials: Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a similar telemetry nursing role Prior travel nursing experience preferred Current NH RN license or Compact license with proof of residency in New Hampshire Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Proven ability to handle complex cardiac medication administration, specifically Cardizem and Amiodarone drips Location Highlights: Located in the scenic Hillsborough area of New Hampshire, the facility blends high-quality healthcare with the charm of a tight-knit community.
