For more information on our open opportunities, apply today!Pay:$18.00 per hourResponsibilities:* Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served* Carefully follow standard recipes while preparing all assigned items* Assist Food and Beverage Manager with conducting a monthly food/supplies inventory* Understand how to properly use and maintain the equipment* Perform necessary clean-up, sanitation, equipment cleaning and maintenance activities for all food preparation and storage facilities as directed by the Food and Beverage Manager* Assist with product receiving and/or storage of products* Maintain full compliance with Department of Health regulations* Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or managerQualifications and Experience Requirements:* 1-2 years of cooking experience preferred* Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent* Experience in managing and upholding a safe working environment* Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures* Must be dependable* Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment* Must be able to work in a team environment and independently* Must be able to take directionWorking Conditions:* Physical activity including long periods (6-8 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and scooping* The employee will be required regularly to reach with arms and hands* The employee will occasionally be required to lift up to 30 lbs* Use of sight, reading, and wrist movement to serve meals and beverages, operate food service equipment and clean food service areas* Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and depth perception* Noise level is moderate to loud* The employee will be expected to work extended hours during golf and holiday season* The employee will be expected to work weekends and holidaysBenefits for Qualified Associates:* Medical* Dental* Vision* PTO* 401(k)* Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
