Role Overview The Marketing Associate will play a critical support role across branded mono-stores, retail co-op execution, PR and partnerships. This position is highly collaborative and execution-focused, supporting the day-to-day operations that bring brand strategy to life across mono-brand stores, wholesale partners, events, ambassadors. The ideal candidate has direct experience of retail marketing and branded store environments, coop activity, as well as an understanding of brand partnerships and PR. We are looking for an individual who s organized, proactive, creatively minded, and excited to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing while contributing to a growing, premium lifestyle brand. Key Responsibilities Mono-Brand Store Support Support mono-brand retail locations with marketing needs Calendar curation and communication including events, signage, and in-store assets Recommend executional ideas to improve merchandising and branded presence Provide briefs to internal design team for asset creation Coordination with sales team on execution and timelines Manage asset requests and ensure stores have up-to-date brand materials (as per guidelines) Coordinate the production, distribution, and installation of signage and marketing materials Assist with planning and execution of in-store events and activations Co-Op Retail Marketing Develop the strategy for co-op marketing initiatives on a national and regional basis Support planning and execution of co-op marketing initiatives with retail partners such as REI, Nordstrom, Zappos, etc. Manage asset delivery and organization for wholesale partners Provide merchandising support, including window display coordination and visual execution Support the creation of asset libraries and product-focused content assets on a per account basis Track co-op activity and assist with reporting and performance recaps PR Support Assist in developing trend-based pitch ideas and story angles Support product seeding and gifting initiatives, including tracking and coordination Compile PR recaps and reporting for internal stakeholders Help manage PR calendars and asset needs Support PR event executional needs Ambassador Program Support Scale the program, driving ambassador identification and selection Support planning, tracking, and execution of ambassador initiatives Manage content deliverables and ensure assets are organized and properly tagged Maintain ambassador tracking documents and reporting Brand Partnerships Identify potential brand partners based off agreed brand criteria Assist with outreach to potential brand partners Support partnership planning, strategy development, and execution Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders Track partnership performance and support reporting and recaps Strategy & Reporting Support marketing strategy development through research, ideation, and meeting preparation Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking, and recap presentations Help maintain marketing calendars and timelines Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 13 years of relevant retail marketing, brand, or communications experience (internships included) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners Proficiency and familiarity with project management tools is a plus Interest in retail, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands preferred Personal Attributes Highly organized and process-driven Collaborative, good listener Curious, proactive, and eager to learn Creative thinker with an eye for brand and aesthetics Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
