Team Member Highland, CA Job Summary: The Taco Bell Crew Member is the first face that customers see when they walk through the door or first voice they hear when they place a drive-thru order so YOU will set the tone for the Taco Bell customer experience and bring the great Taco Bell tastes to life. Required Skills/Abilities: A successful candidate will have a clean and tidy appearance, good work habits and a positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to understand and execute order instructions, as well as read and comprehend training and safety materials relevant to the position. Education/Experience: Prior work experience in a food or customer service position desirable, but not required. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: * 16 years old or older * Legal right to work in the United States. * Good communication skills * Able to lift 10-50 pounds, reach with arms and hands, stand, and walk for long periods. * Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. * Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrist. * Must have good manual dexterity to be able to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods. * Must be able to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping during 90% of shift time.
