As we continue to grow, we are focused on expanding our reach and strengthening our position in the market.Job SummaryThe Cashier & Customer Sales Associate is a customer-focused role responsible for handling transactions and delivering excellent sales and service. This position combines front-end cashier duties with customer assistance and product sales, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCashier & TransactionsProcess customer purchases (cash, credit/debit, digital payments) accurately Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies Using the POS system to handle transactionsOpen and close registers as required Customer Sales & ServiceGreet customers and provide a high level of customer service Assist customers with product selection and recommendations Upsell and promote products when appropriate Answer questions regarding pricing, availability, and product use Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Build and maintain strong customer relationships Store SupportRestock shelves and ensure products are organized and accessible Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area Coordinate with warehouse staff to check product availability Assist with light product handling or order preparation when needed RequirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent Previous cashier or retail sales experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Basic math and computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitudeBenefits401(k) planHealth insuranceDental and vision coveragePaid vacation
