Responsibilities:Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in the office, employee breakroom, and restroomsPerform minor repairs and maintenance such as painting and cleaning carpetsAssist in sweeping and removing trashEnsure heating and cooling systems are operationalMaintain a neat and orderly janitors room; ensure cleaning and maintenance supplies are stockedWash windowsMaintenance and landscaping using tolls such as a weedwhacker.Perform other related duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish requiredKnowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutionsDetail-oriented and thoroughAbility to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance and landscapingAbility to keep the office clean and orderlyAbility to interact with other employees and visitors while remaining professional, polite, and courteousEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods standingMust be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time
