Summary Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for stocking, pulling, stacking, transporting parts as needed for assigned areasEssential DutiesOperate a handheld scanner to scan productOrganize and maintain bins to keep accurate inventoriesHelp unload trucks as neededMay break down cardboard boxes and operate balerMust be able to move specific product to work areas in a timely mannerMay be required to pull up patterns and forms (computer use) based on assigned areaAbility to learn to identify and measure different types of stockRotate stock- FIFO (first in first out), as appropriateMust be self-motivated with little supervisionWill be operating a cherry picker and working at heights, pulling/storing fabric rolls in bin locationsWill be working 10 hour shift (M - Th, 7am - 5:30pm)Position RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious material handling experience a plusPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands and work environment expectations described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
