A Duct Cleaner at Mesaba is responsible for taking the lead in executing solutions for all Indoor Air Quality services offered by Mesaba. Paid Time Off starting at two weeks a year Six paid Holidays a year Employee discounts on services - at cost pricing available Bonus opportunities available Uniforms provided Essential Job Duties Complete duct-cleaning and provide a range of other Indoor Air Quality services Lead, train, and mentor apprentice technicians Electronically document accurate notes, invoices, and options Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving and criminal record applicable per state law 1+ year of duct cleaning experience is a plus, preferably residential Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through Highly motivated, flexible, and has a great attitude on life Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency Punctual and prepared to work before the scheduled start time Clean presentation of self, meeting the Mesaba dress code Posted Min Pay Rate USD $20.00/Hr. Posted Max Pay Rate USD $30.00/Hr.
