Our employees, several of whom have fifteen-plus years of service, enjoy competitive pay, medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401k retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, and paid holidays.Job OverviewThe Press Box Detailer will work with the engineering department design team to produce Press Box submittal drawings for customer approval, state modular approval, inspection, and compliance with the project's design intent.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Works directly with the engineering leadership to produce submittal drawings per standard piles engineering documentation and submittal calculation packages that include structural calculations, production specifications, and RFIs for Press Box units.Implements product specification knowledge for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design in the press box modular units.Provides problem-solving solutions to fieldwork issues for fit and finish.Visually communicates internally and externally product ideas and solutions by the use of 3D CAD software.Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position does not require any supervisory responsibilities.Minimum Education, Skills, and RequirementsAssociate's degree from a two-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.3+ years of experience with AutoCAD.Ability to be punctual and work scheduled hours.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites or related software.Ability to be punctual and work scheduled hours.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Must currently be eligible to work in the United States of America.Preferred Education and ExperienceResidential or Commercial AutoCAD experience for MEP systems within modular construction.3D modeling software experience preferred: SDS/2, RISA, Solidworks, Inventor.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
