Our client is known for long-term stability, operational growth, and a people-first culture where employees play a meaningful role in business success.Job Description:The Contract Recruiter will support high-volume hiring across multiple facilities and corporate functions. This role requires strong full-cycle recruiting experience, attention to compliance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering a positive candidate experience while meeting business needs.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting for both industrial and corporate positions, supporting multiple locationsMaintain an active requisition load (approximately 30 open roles at a time)Source candidates through a variety of channels to build strong, ongoing talent pipelinesScreen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviewsFacilitate offer preparation and hiring processes while ensuring a smooth candidate experienceServe as a point of contact for applicant and employee recruiting inquiriesTrack and document recruiting activity within an applicant tracking systemEnsure recruiting practices align with federal, state, and local employment regulationsPartner with HR and business leaders on hiring strategies and special projects as neededHandle sensitive information with professionalism and discretionQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of recruiting experience supporting both industrial and office-based rolesWorking knowledge of federal and state employment regulations, including OFCCP guidelines requiredManufacturing or industrial recruiting experience strongly preferredExperience working in an environment with EEO and compliance requirementsUnderstanding of disposition codes and compliance documentationFamiliarity with HR lifecycle processes from hiring through onboardingProficiency with Microsoft Office toolsExperience using applicant tracking systems; UKG preferred (ADP or Workday also acceptable)Exposure to reporting or dashboard tools is a plusAdditional Details:Contract-to-hire opportunity with conversion based on performanceTarget conversion salary of $72,000 - $75,000 annuallyStart date anticipated shortly after pre-employment requirements are completedHybrid role with a combination of onsite and remote workPerks:Opportunity to support a growing, stable organizationCollaborative HR and recruiting team environmentHands-on exposure to high-impact hiring initiativesHybrid work flexibilityAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
