Quality Control Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage the USACE Three Phase Quality Control System (Preparatory, Initial, Follow Up). Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings to verify compliance with USACE requirements.Conduct daily QC inspections, document deficiencies, and verify corrective actions. Prepare and maintain QC documentation including daily reports, testing logs, inspection records, and RMS/QCS entries. Lead QC meetings, coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and USACE representatives. Monitor materials and workmanship to ensure conformity with approved submittals and project specifications. Support construction activities in active or occupied federal facilities as required. Required QualificationsMinimum 4+ years of QC/QA experience on USACE construction projects.Current USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification. Knowledge of EM 385 1 1, federal construction standards, and renovation workflows. Strong documentation, communication, and problem solving skills
