The Site Supervisor oversees and supervises the management functions to ensure quality, safety, and all applicable local/state/federal program compliance.RequirementsEDUCATION/TRAINING: Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services or a related field with a NC Child Care Administrator Credential, Level III. Degree(s) must be from an accredited college recognized by the NC Department of Child Development and Early Education..EXPERIENCE: Three years of experience administering/directing a NC licensed 5-star child care facility/program. Early Head Start/Head Start/NC Pre-K experience preferred.
