Key Responsibilities Contact healthcare provider offices to request medical records on behalf of clients/health plans Coordinate and schedule medical record retrieval using specified methods Document actions and maintain detailed tracking of assignments in the in-house system Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous call center, sales, or collections experience preferred, especially in a healthcare environment Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and familiarity with basic office procedures Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining confidentiality Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to learn internal systems
