Electrical Assembly Technician

MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE Connect Staffing is seeking an eager and detail-oriented Assembly Technician I to join a premier generator and air compressor manufacturing team in Henderson, Nevada. This entry-level role is designed for individuals looking to build a career in electrical and mechanical assembly within a supportive, high-growth environment . Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:45pm. MUST be available on weekends and for overtime. Requirements For Electrical Assembler Technician: Minimum 1 year of electrical assembly experience or similar. Strong ability to use hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret basic electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics . Working with soldering, conduit wiring, fabricating metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, etc. Must be able to pass E-Verify, background check and drug screen. Must have steel toe shoes or boots Prior experience in roles such as assembly technician, mechanical assembler, mechanical assembly tech, maintenance technician, furniture assembler, HVAC technician, or any assembly-related position using hand tools and power tools is a plus! Responsibilities For Electrical Assembler Technician: Core Assembly: Assemble machinery, metal products, electrical components, and trailers following specific instructions . Installation: Install various accessories on generators and compressors and secure units onto trailers . Electrical Preparation: Cut and prepare wiring and wire harnesses using hand tools, crimpers, and multimeters. Quality & Maintenance: Conduct basic inspections to ensure compliance with company standards . Notify the supervisor of any product discrepancies or equipment repair needs . Logistics & Reporting: Maintain production logs and records . Conduct inventory of parts and tools and transport units between production, PDI, and staging areas .
