Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced early-morning Production Manager to lead our Nevada Pic A Part operations team. The ideal candidate will manage a production team, uphold a strong company culture, and ensure the efficient de-pollution of autos and trucks to meet company recycling standards. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Adaptability and a growth mindset. Self-motivated, reliable, and professional. Ability to work both independently and as a team leader. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the production team to meet and exceed performance goals. Oversee daily operations including vehicle intake, de-pollution, placement, and outbound shipping. Conduct daily meetings to communicate goals, tasks, and expectations. Set, track, and follow up on team member performance to ensure accountability and growth. Train employees on equipment, safety protocols, and company procedures. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Uphold company culture through leadership, example, and strong team collaboration. Communicate clearly with upper management regarding operations, employee performance, and updates. Continuously improve and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs). Willing to go above and beyond to ensure team success.
