Oracle Fusion Financial Solution Architect Henderson, Nevada (Hybrid), Local to Nevada preferred NO H1B and CPT Best market rate Financial domain Role Overview Executive Option is seeking a senior-level Oracle Fusion Financial Solution Architect to serve as the Finance Design Authority for a large-scale, multi-entity Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial implementation. This role leads enterprise financial architecture, reconciliation-driven validation, AI governance alignment, and financial readiness endorsement through testing, deployment, and stabilization. This position partners directly with client Financial Process Owners and governance authorities to ensure the solution is structurally sound, audit defensible, and operationally sustainable. Core ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Financial Architecture Lead multi-entity Chart of Accounts redesign (8 legal employers) Define ledger, balancing segment, and intercompany structure Govern SLA rule and accounting event model design Validate consolidation and elimination logic Approve reporting hierarchy alignment prior to configuration lock Financial Process Governance Oversee R2R, S2P, I2P, I2C, A2R, and P2B domains Ensure alignment to accounting policy and internal controls Validate budgetary control and funds reservation design Confirm EPM-GL synchronization supports executive reporting Reconciliation & Phase Gate Validation Govern three mock conversion and reconciliation cycles Validate trial balance and subledger alignment Confirm open transaction integrity Recommend phase progression based on reconciliation readiness AI Enablement Governance Approve activation of: Intelligent Account Combinations Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) Smart Cash Application Predictive anomaly detection Ensure AI outputs reconcile to GL and reporting structures Go-Live Readiness Provide financial readiness endorsement for UAT exit Partner in executive go-live authorization Validate hypercare stabilization and first close-cycle integrity Required Qualifications 12+ years enterprise finance transformation experience 8+ years Oracle ERP (Fusion required) Deep expertise in GL, SLA, intercompany, consolidation, and budgetary control Experience leading PeopleSoft-to-Fusion migrations Proven ownership of reconciliation-driven phase gating Experience governing AI-enabled financial environments U.S.-based delivery experience required
